Bringing many sons to glory,
Through Your Perfect Seed;
Bringing many sons to glory,
By Your Spirit guaranteed.
H-eart of God
From all eternity Your love is revealed,
Your unselfish desire to share Your life with man;
On Him You have set Your seal,
Your “Son from Heaven” the Great “I Am.”
I-nheritance
You have fully spoken in Your Son, Your glory,
Your inheritance is with the One;
“Behold, I and the children Whom God has given Me,”
Partakers of the heavenly calling, co-heirs with Your Son.
S-ons of God
Sons of God transformed by Your might,
Worship You now in Spirit and truth;
Conformed by Your Spirit into the image of Christ,
Life and peace the unquestionable proof.
G-od Fully Satisfied
The full satisfaction of Your heart, revealed in Your plan,
At Your throne interceding even now;
In Christ alone, Your well-pleasing Man,
Brings many sons to glory, as Head over His house.
L-ife the Measure
The measure of all things is heavenly life,
Your two-edged Word reveals each hidden part;
The measure is our Lord Jesus Christ,
His life formed within, Your well-pleased heart.
O-neness
“That they may be one, just as We are One,”
His prayer reveals the true heart of a Friend;
You’re gathering all things in Your Son,
“Until the Day dawns,” from heaven He shall descend.
R-est
Humble and contrite, to this one You look, Lord,
Beholding Your beauty, our hearts bear witness;
Heaven-sent sight revealed through Your Word,
In Christ alone, our true Source of rest.
Y-ielded Sons
Yielded sons not merely compliant,
“…To do Your will,” not only a part;
Obedient to death, before rulers You were silent,
Your moral image formed in us–obedience from the heart.
Bringing many sons to glory,
From Your Spirit life flows;
Bringing many sons to glory,
We follow the Lamb wherever He goes.
